Workplace Training

Fran has extensive experience crafting and presenting customized workplace training for businesses of all types and sizes. Her programs focus on legal compliance, ethics, bullying, harassment, discrimination and overall Respect in the Workplace. The programming is designed to prevent incidents and reduce risk. As a Professional Liability Partner at a large firm over 30 years ago, Fran began training lawyers and other professional staff at her firm on avoiding malpractice and professional misconduct. She expanded her training efforts as Chair of Litigation for the Philadelphia City Legal Department where she instituted and conducted risk management and workplace anti-discrimination and anti-harassment training in various City departments. In private practice, Fran designs Respect in the Workplace training focusing on industry needs, for example, designing training for government entities, entertainment and legal employers.

Fran is available to provide in person and remote workplace training programs for employers and design workplace manuals to accompany the programming.
