Legal Education

Fran Griesing has been teaching and writing about legal, business and ethics topics to lawyers, executives, entrepreneurs, nonprofit leaders and other professionals for nearly her entire career. She taught full semester courses as an adjunct professor at the undergraduate and law school level at Temple University Fox School of Business and Beasley Law School. She has been a guest lecturer at the University of Pennsylvania Law School and Wharton Business School and at Drexel Kline Law School. She has also taught hundreds of continuing legal and professional education courses, with an emphasis on ethics, civility and professionalism. Her extensive professional writing includes chapters in two American Bar Association books, The Road to Independence: 101 Women’s Journeys to Starting their Own Law Firms (2011) and Her Story Book 2: The Resilient Woman Lawyer’s Guide to Conquering Obstacles (2024). She also writes a regular column on Alternate Dispute Resolution for The Legal Intelligencer.

Fran is available to provide customized Continuing Legal Education programs to law firms and corporate legal departments on litigation, employment, law firm and in-house department management, ethics, professionalism and civility. Fran crafts programs to meet the specific needs of the attendees. She tailors programs for in person or remote presentations.
