Ricardo G. Moura
Ricardo G. Moura currently serves as the Firm’s Operations Coordinator.
What do you focus on?
I focus on the Firm’s efficient and effective operation and developing strategic plans for future practice and operational needs. Operational excellence is a top priority and I make it my mission to deliver results and add value to the Firm and our staff.
What do you see on the horizon?
As different trends emerge on a daily basis, it’s important to remain competitive. Even as a small business, it’s imperative that we implement data platforms to track our metrics and gain the ability to develop an integrated, analytical view of our business operations. Utilizing tracking tools will allows us to make informed decisions based on factual data rather than opinions and in turn assist us in managing our operations in a lean manner.
Previously, Ricardo worked for a manufacturing plant where he was responsible for planning, executing, directing and coordinating all personnel functions related to employment, salary and benefits. In that role, he developed new business relationships with various state agencies, colleges/universities and non-profit organizations for new employee and intern training programs. Ricardo also created and implemented training and development and wellness programs. Prior to that role, Ricardo worked in the human resource department of an insurance defense law firm located in Center City, Philadelphia.
Outside the Firm, Ricardo serves on the New Member Committee of the Society for Human Resource Management and on the Education & Talent Action Team for the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia. He previously served on the Board of Advisors of PHLDiversity, a division of the Pennsylvania Convention & Visitors Bureau dedicated to attracting multicultural visitors to the city and increasing Philadelphia’s share of the multicultural meetings and tourism markets. Additionally, as an alumni of Central High School, Ricardo has volunteered as a part time assistant wrestling coach.
