Edward T. Fisher

Edward T. Fisher is Of Counsel to the Firm’s Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Practice Group.

What do you focus on?

I focus my practice on defending employers in litigation arising out of claims of discrimination, harassment and retaliation, and representing employers in breach of contract, trade secret, non-compete and other business related disputes.

What do you see on the horizon?

Employers will begin to see even more compliance and litigation issues related to today’s ever changing and expanding technology, including discovery targeted at smart phones and other mobile devices, ADA nondiscrimination requirements for websites, and increased privacy concerns as the growth of mobile devices and social media continues to explode.
